On January 21, 2016, the United States issued the bulletin G/TBT/N/USA/1066 covering the standards for the domestically produced and imported peanuts, specifying the minimum quality and treatment requirements. According to the bulletin, the Ministry of Agriculture of the United States requests the manufacturers and industrial representatives shall follow the requirements of the peanut standard, and shall store each batch of products and record the storage changes according to the standard.
