On April 18, 2016, Ministry of Public Health of Vietnam released G/SPS/N/VNM/77 Bulletin to release supervision regulations on imported foods and relevant products. The regulation regulates production conditions, provisions on sales, advertising method and food detection methods of imported foods and relevant products. The foods and relevant food products involved in the regulation belong to products under governance of Ministry of Public Health, including food additives, auxiliary substances, processing food, bottle water and mineral water, as well as functional foods, specifically seeing in webpage below:
