Recently, Ministry of Agriculture of Turkey released the hazel nut output prediction in 2016. The hazel nut output in 2016 in Turkey will be 468000t, about 180000t lower than that in the previous year. The lower natural output means higher marketing price.

The hazel nut output in Turkey accounts for 68% of global hazel output, while the hazel nut output accounts for about 15% of all agricultural products export in Turkey.
