According to newly released decree on website of Russian Government, from Sep. 1, Russia starts lowering export tax of sunflower to non-Custom Union countries.

The export tariff of sunflower products including seeds will be 6.5% of custom value of goods, but no lower than 9.75 Euro per ton.

Currently, the export tariff of sunflower is about 9.88%, no lower than 14.81 Euro per metric ton.
