On Feb. 21, Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply of Brazil issued G/TBT/BRA/325/Rev.1/Add.1 Notification to revise official standards of cashew, chestnut and almonds, including classification, quality and sampling requirements, method of presentation, marking or labeling and official certification. The new standard is MAPA No 2/2017, which replaces MAPA/SDA No 62 issued by Brazil on Dec. 15, 2009. See:
