For the past two weeks, the Turkish hazelnut market has maintained a relatively stable state. It seems that most of the processing plants have stored sufficient stock for satisfying the contract needs of the next stage.

A large portion of the hazelnut growing region in Turkey was covered by the snow, which caused lots of predictions about the new crop yields. Since crop blooming is the stage that will be affected most easily by the bad weather in a year, the hazelnut price in Turkey will fluctuate along with the weather recently.
