On April 4, 2017, Turkey released G/SPS/N/TUR/84 notification to issue Food Codex Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Food Additives. The purpose of this Regulation is to specify the additives in/on foods. The list of food additives permitted for use in foods and the conditions for usage of them involved in Annex II and food additives which may be used in food additives, in food enzymes and in food flavourings under the conditions of use specified in Annex II of Turkish Food Codex Regulation on Food Additives, have been updated.
