According to news of Vietnam Macadamia Association, the export volume of Vietnam cashew nut in 2017 is expected to reach USD 3 Billion, increasing USD 160 million year on year.
　　

Statistical data of Vietnam Macadamia Association shows in 2016, the export of preliminary worked cashew nut reached 348mt, creating foreign exchange of USD 2.8 Billion; export volume of deeply processed cashew nuts and cashew nut shell oil reached USD 200million, accounting for 10% of total export volume.
　

The processing output of Vietnam cashew nut in 2016 created a new record, reaching 1.5mt. In the meantime, market stability and export price rise makes cashew nut export volume in 2016 grow 19.1% than that in 2015.
　　Since 2006, Vietnam has always been the largest cashew nut processing and exporting country in the world, and its processing volume and export volume in 2016 respectively accounted for 28% and 42% of global amount. Currently, USA, the Netherlands and China are still the largest importers of Vietnam cashew nuts.
