On May 4, 2017, India Issues G/SPS/N/IND/178 notification to release 2017 draft of food safety and standards (organic food).

The draft mainly regulates definition, label requirements and certificate authentication requirements of organic food. Final date for comment shall be Sep. 6, 2017.
