On December 20th，decision made by Senegalese Cabinet meeting shows that Tax on peanut Export will be suspended as to guarantee the better export of peanuts President Sall renouncement that, agriculture is the engine of economic and social growth, ratification of the protocol between the Government and the Food Oil Plant，as to protect national industry.

Starting from Harvest year of 2016, export tax on peanut export were raised by Senegal authority, groundnut kernels per kg 40XAF, shelled Peanut 15XAF per kg. Harvest season this year, the price per kilogram of peanuts is fixed at 210XAF.
