Data released by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam shows in 2017 Vietnam totally exported 353,000t cashew nuts, with volume of USD3.52 Billion, increasing 1.9% and 23.8% on year-on-year basis respectively. The highest record has been made. Top three markets of Vietnamese cashew nuts are the US, the Netherlands and China, respectively accounting for 35%, 15.6% and 12.9%. Currently, the cashew products are in great demands in global market, while cashew raw material supply grows slowly, so that the export price of Vietnamese cashew is 22.3% higher on year-on-year basis, and annual average price reached USD9926.3/ton. The price of cashew nuts exported to Hong Kong, China is the highest, averagely USD11553/ton.
