The Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine claimed that the grain yield in 2018 in the country will create the highest record since the independence of Ukraine mainly due to the harvest of corns. 

The corn output is expected to reach 34.8 million ton as predicted by the Ministry of Agriculture of Ukraine.

By Nov. 26, the corn harvest has been finished 94%, and yield harvested has reached 32.9 million ton. The value in the same period last year is 21.1 million ton. The average per unit area yield is 7.64t/ha., while the number in 5.35t/ha. in the same period last year.
