Baku, March 15 REPORT.AZ. net reported that Minister of Economic Development Mustafaev pointed out that Azerbaijan and Iran have great potential for cooperation in the agricultural field. A company affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture recently received 44 sets of agricultural machinery equipment from Iran for the production and processing of dried fruits and vegetables. In addition, Azerbaijan and Iran will cooperate in agricultural research and trade, and has also signed a food safety cooperation agreement.

According to Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs of Iran Farhad Dezhpasand, Iran and Afghanistan have reached an agreement on the joint use of agricultural land.
