Vietnamese Export of the Cashew Kernels to China Grew by More than 58%
This year, China under the influence of tightening border trade Quality Management and intensifying products, many Vietnamese Agricultural Products exports Export: to China have declined, Cashew but the export of the cashew kernels is just the opposite.
According to the general Department of Vietnam Customs, Vietnamese export of the cashew kernels to China grew significantly YOY. In the first ten (10) months of 2019, export of the cashew kernels reached 58,100t, up more than 58%, and its export reached USD 447.2 million, an increase of 36.3%.
As of November, all enterprises plan to export 418,000t of the cashew kernels with an export value of approximately USD 3 billion (the set target reaches 450,000t and USD 3.5 billion). The United States is still Vietnam’s largest import market, followed by China and Netherlands.
