Ukraine Sunflower Seed Oil Price Declines due to Longer Quarantine Period in India  

It is reported that FOB price of Ukraine sunflower seed oil recently is increased to USD725-730/ton, while FOB is less than USD700/t. Analyst said demand is reduced since the Indian market is closed. Therefore, the price keeps lowering as affected by price approaching to soybean and palm oil price in the market.

According to news, the Indian Government decided to extend the quarantine period to May 3 at least. It will further lower global demand for vegetable oil. Thus, the offer of palm oil and soybean oil is lowered. Meanwhile, the falling of petroleum price also pressures the price of vegetable oil.
