As reported by RIA Novosti, from 2010, Russia suspended grain export to global market for the first time.

Data of Russian Ministry of Agriculture shows the non-tariff quota of grain export from April 1 to June 30 has been completed in advance as of April 26. According to the website of the Ministry, after the export of wheat, Mesline (mixture of wheat and rye), rye, barley and corns to non-members of EEU within the grain quota framework is finished, the export will be suspended till July 1, 2020. The Federal Administration of Customs suspended new export custom clearance.

This is the first time grain export exhibition in recent ten years in Russia. Russia banned grain export in 2010 due to serious draught.

Experts said the south area of Russia still faces the risk of output declination. It hardly rained but frosted in Stavropol and Krasnodar Territory. Meanwhile, heat temperature is expected to strike in summer, harmful for crops.
