crucial for promoting health and eliminating hunger. However, nearly 1/10
global population suffers diseases by eating polluted food and 420,000 died
from that. The other day, WHO proposed that all countries shall concern global
grain supply guarantee and food safety issues continuously. Particularly
everyone shall be responsible for food safety for all inks including food
production, processing, sales and cooking.
Consumers
have the right to select healthy food, and need to acquire information about
food nutrition and disease risks. Unsafe food and unhealthy diet choice will
aggregate global burden of diseases.
In
the global scale, maintaining food safety shall not only realize
trans-department cooperation inside each country but also actively carry out
trans-national cooperation. For realistic problems such as earth climate change
and unbalanced global grain supply, everyone should care about grain supply
guarantee and food safety issues.
