In the past a few years, the pecans industry was fluctuating, but demand kept growing. Although demand is rising continuously, the deliveries of growers’ pecans keep reducing. With arrival of the new harvest season, the purchase amount of growers’ pecans has reduced 12.6% globally.

As a matter of fact, the deliveries of growers’ pecans are reduced. In this season, the deliveries of growers’ pecans are lowered 7.9%. Even if demand is rising continuously, the farm price of pecans dropped to the minimum point in recent five years.

Meanwhile, overseas deliveries are reduced. So far, the deliveries of pecan growers in Mexico dropped 25.1%.
