According to reports, the Russian Customs and Customs Supervision Committee approved a 30% soybean export tariff, which shall not less than 165 euros per ton in any case. The report also said that the above tariffs will take effect from February 1 next year and will last until June 30 next year.

Last week, the Russian Oils and Fats Union proposed to submit a draft to the government to impose tariffs on soybeans. The reason is that soybean exports have risen sharply in the past six months and prices have risen rapidly. Russia's soybean overseas sales have soared this year, and shipments are expected to increase by 70% year-on-year to more than 1.5 million tons. The main export destinations are China and Belarus.
