On March 5, the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand released No.425 Announcement to regulate quality and standard of food with hempseed. Specific contents are:

1. Hempseed, hempseed protein and health care products containing hempseed, hempseed oil or hempseed protein shall belong to one kind of exclusively controlled food;

2. The quality and standard of hempseed, hempseed oil or hempseed protein, or health care products containing hempseed, hempseed oil or hempseed protein include limit value of THC and CBD; the health care products with hempseed content shall mark “forbidden for children, pregnant and nursing women”, “the allergic people shall know THE and CBD content in the health care product”;

3. Limit of THC and CBD for food with hempseed, hempseed oil or hempseed protein is specifically as follows:
