On July 24, 2014, Sun Yueliang, the Party Branch Secretary, and Zhang Zhilin, the Chief Executive Officer of Chifeng City Seeds Zhang Food Co., Ltd. and their delegation paid a special trip to Specialized Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry Association to report the nuts and roasted seeds craftsman training pilot work.

The nuts and roasted seeds craftsman training pilot work of our committee is carried out in Inner Mongolia by Chifeng City Seeds Zhang Food Co., Ltd. since September 2013. Under the guidance of the association and support of labor and personnel department of Chifeng, the test questions for primary, junior and senior level of roasted seeds and nuts craftsman is prepared, and the training and assessment for nuts and roasted seeds craftsman is carried out actively in accordance with the new professional standard of Nuts and Roasted Seeds Craftsman regulated by our committee and approved by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Through systematical training and strict tests, now there are 22 persons achieved the new professional certificates for primary, junior and senior level roasted seeds and nuts respectively.

Weng Yangyang, the senior vice chairman of our committee sufficiently affirmed the work carried out by Seeds Zhang, and encouraged the enterprise to make more beneficial exploration in professional personnel cultivation. Next, the association will, based on pilot work experiences, further perfect training materials, enrich question bank and set training and test center in different regions across China to carry out roasted seeds and nuts craftsman training and assessment more comprehensively and deeply, and make new contribution to cultivation of urgent professional personnel in roasted seeds and nuts industry.
