Notice on 2015 China International Nuts and Roasted Seeds , Snacks Foods & Ingredients and Packaging Machinery Exhibition

To: international nuts enterprises, enterprises and units concerned,

China has become the largest market for nuts in the world. At present, the nut products from nearly twenty countries are sold in Chinese market. The global enterprises in this industry all feel optimistic for the nut market in China, and the nut market has favorable development prospect.

In order to better establish the cooperation and exchange platform for economy, technology and information of the international nuts industry, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of international nuts industry, “2015 The 9^th China International Nuts and Roasted Seeds, Snacks

Foods & Ingredients and Packaging Machinery Exhibition” will be held in Anhui International Conference and Exhibition Center in Hefei during April 17 to April 18, 2015. The matters with regard to the exhibition are hereby notified as follows:

II. Exhibition Area Layout and Exhibition Contents

(i) Development history of national nuts and roasted seeds

industry during 2005 – 2015 & “Exhibition Area for Chinese

Well-known, Quality and New Nuts and Roasted Seeds Product”

1. The development history for the ten years since The Specialized Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry Association established, development achievements of the industry for the ten years and the development prospect are intensively exhibited by photos, words, graphs and images;

2. The well-known, quality and new domestic nuts and roasted seeds products (including the products of chinese famous brands, provincial famous brands, and from top 20 enterprises in the industry for economic operation (brands), as well as new products independently developed with certain technological content and popular among consumers).

(ii) Exhibition area for international nuts and roasted seeds

products

In this area, the imported nuts raw materials and products, as well as

imported nut processing equipment and packaging are exhibited.

Note: Foreign exhibitors will all exhibit their products in this area.

(iii) Exhibition area for raw materials and ingredients of nuts and roasted seeds products

This area mainly exhibits: main raw materials of nuts and roasted seeds

products; food additives (food flavors and fragrances, antioxidant,

sweeteners, natural antioxidant and flavoring agents, etc.), processing

agents, compound food additives plant spices and other ingredients.

(iv) Exhibition area for nuts and roasted seeds processing

equipment, package and packing materials

This area mainly exhibits: 1. Nuts pre-processing equipment; 2. Processing auxiliary equipment; 3. Frying equipment; 4. Packing equipment; and 5. Safety quality inspection equipment.

(v) Exhibition area for e-commerce

This area mainly exhibits: e-commerce enterprise of nuts and roasted seeds

foods, e-commerce online and offline correlated and cooperating

enterprises.

III. Way of Participation in International Exhibition Area

The applicant shall fill in the application form (Attachment 1), and send the scanning copy back to the organizer before Feb. 28, 2015 with seal.

IV. Activities during Exhibition

The Specialized Committee for Roasted Seeds and Nuts of China National Food Industry Association will take charge of all activities held during the exhibition.

Contents of annual conference:

(1) Release of integrated economic operation of national nuts and

roasted seeds industry in 2014;

(2) Deliberation of relevant issues about the association;

(3) Activities such as the 10^th Anniversary celebration ceremony, award presentation and artistic performance

V. Participating Enterprise Registration and Exhibition

Requirements

 

 

(i) Check-in and exhibition arrangement time: April 15 and April 16, 2015. Place: No. 6 Entrance of Anhui International Conference and

Exhibition Center (No. 272 Fanhua Street, Hefei Economic and Technical Development Zone, Anhui Province).

(ii) Requirements of exhibition arrangement: Economic,

environmental, safe and easy to dismantle; the booth shall be precise and exquisite.

(iii) Registration time for each activity: April 15, 2015. Place: Anhui Jinmanlou Grand Park Hotel (No. 258 Fanhua Street, Hefei Economic and Technical Development Zone, Anhui Province).

Note: Registration place for enterprises participating in both exhibition and activities: No. 6 Entrance of Anhui International Conference and Exhibition Center (register together for exhibition and activities, and our personnel will handle it)

VI. Advertising

The advertising will implement the Advertising Management Methods stipulated by the organizer under the unified management and guidance of the organizer. It is forbidden to charge from or apportion to enterprises by the reason of advertising. The advertising items and charging standards during the exhibition can be seen in Attachment 3.

The enterprises which need advertising shall state clearly in the application form. Our personnel will contact the enterprises, or the enterprises can contact with our association.

VII. Traffic: The exhibition hall is about 200m from the Grand Park Hotel.

(1) Hefei Xinqiao Airport: Take Line 3 Airport Bus, get off in the station of Swan Lake Hotel, then take a taxi to the exhibition hall or Grand Park Hotel; (2) Hefei Train Station: Take taxi to the exhibition hall or Grand Park Hotel directly, or take Bus 226 and get off in the station of Grand Park Hotel to arrive at the exhibition hall, and walk across the overpass, the Grand Park Hotel is 200m on the east; (3) Hefei South Train Station: Take taxi to the exhibition hall or Grand Park Hotel; (4) Driving: get down the belt highway from Jinzhai Road exit, and drive 1500m toward Feixi; the exhibition hall is on the crossroad between Jinzhai Road and Fanhua Street, and the Grand Park Hotel is 100m in the east after passing the crossroad.

VIII. Expenses

(i) Exhibition expenses:

Standard exhibition booth: 9 m² (3m×3m) single door: USD 1200, double door: USD 1300, Indoor space: USD 120 / m² (without any facility, rent for over 36 m²)

(ii) Conference expenses:

(1) Forum attendance fee: Exhibitor:USD200/Person; non-exhibitor: USD500/Person; (2) Other activities are all free.

(iii) Board and lodging expenses: At own expenses. Book hotel

individually or through our association

(iv) Remittance of exhibition and conference expenses: Please
