For the past ten years since the Committee was founded, under joint efforts and great support of all member enterprises, our work gains approval and praise of the industry and extensive enterprises. Meanwhile, the industry and the Committee see unprecedented development and growth. The number of members keeps increasing and membership structure keeps optimizing, which proposes new requirements and new standards for services of the Committee. In order to better serve all member enterprises, we have extensively listened to opinions of members. They all believe that first of all we should enhance member liaison and basic management of member enterprise information. Thus, we hereby notify arrangements about further enhancing member liaison and membership certificate management as follows:

I. Enhance liaison with member enterprises

The Committee will assign specialized personnel to actively contact and communicate with member enterprises actively every month (quarter), listen to their opinions, understand their demands and appeals in time, and improve service quality of the Committee for member enterprises. We wish all members can cooperate to check its information including address, contact person and contact number so as to guarantee smooth communication. In addition, if the contact person or other contact information is changed, please notify the Committee in time to change.

II. Enhance membership certificate management

1. Uniformly change new membership certificate. The existing membership certificate has been used for over ten years. Members frequently say some of them have lost the certificate, and for some the contact information or post has been changed while the certificate has not been renewed. These problems have affected normal use of the certificate. In order to properly solve aforesaid problems, the Committee decides to uniformly change new membership certificate from 2015.

2. The new membership certificates will be renewed every year. In this w ay, the information on newly issued membership certificate will be accurate and normalized so that the certificate can be legal and valid. Meanwhile, this management method can effectively avoid improper problems generated by certificates issued a very long time ago.

3. Renewal method of new membership certificate: After the member enterprises paid the annual membership fee, the new certificate will be expressed to the enterprise together with invoice for membership fees, and meanwhile the old certificate will loss effect automatically.

4. We will not charge additionally for the costs of renewed membership certificate.
