In the morning of July 10, the Deputy County Chief of Lankao Country People’s Government of Henan Province Yang Feng and his delegation visited our Association, met and engaged in a friendly and cordial conversation with Weng Yangyang, Vice-President of our Association and Yang Qian, Secretary General of our Association, etc.

Firstly, Yang Feng, the Deputy Country Chief, introduced the geographic position, traffic condition of Lankao County and its development status, and gave detailed description aiming at the local agricultural and sideline products especially. He mentioned that “The arable area reaches 1,050,000 mu in Lankao and teems with the agricultural and sideline products, such as peanut, corn, wheat and soybean, etc.” Meanwhile, Deputy Country Chief Yang also introduced that the supportive policy and expectation of the government for the development of food processing industry in Lankao and prospected the Industry Association could give more attention and supports.

Taking briefs from Deputy Country Chief Yang, Weng Yangyang, Vice-President of our Association, questioned about the factors of the output, quality and environment of the peanut and soybean, relevant preferential policies for the investment enterprises gave by the government and gave some suggestions and recommendations.

Finally, Weng Yangyang, Vice-President of our Association, on behalf of the Association expressed his thanks to the visit of Deputy County Chief Yangfeng and his delegation and thanks the Lankao County Government for the great trust on our Association, also expressed that we would be certain to try our best to assist the development of Nut Industry in Lankao County for Lankao County being famous throughout the country and special feeling in the old generation.
