At present, the national nut industry is faced with a current inevitable situation of the market continuing to be true, the consumption continuing to be rational and generally the enterprises reflecting difficult to do business. In order to preferably guide enterprises for their continuous and innovative development, the Vice President Weng Yangyang and Vice Director of Marketing Department Xu Xingwei of the Association visited the three enterprises, Shanghai Laiyifen, Jiangsu Alishan and Suzhou Koushuiwa for research on “How the enterprises to make innovative development in the face of new situation” on July 3 and 4.
In the morning of July 3, they came to the Vice President Unit of the Association, Shanghai Laiyifen Co., Ltd. and visited the headquarters mansion in the company of Director Lin Xiaohong, and carefully listened to the President Yu Ruifen’s introduction. Laiyifen’s development is a history of continuous innovation and close integration with consumers. It has developed the stores from zero to above 2,700 ones during 16 years and has been well ahead of the similar enterprises for its development from the traditional quantitative packing to the loose weight packing sales system focusing on the innovative small packages, from the offline stores to the development in coordination with the on-line E-business, from the simple information collection to the interactive management of real time data at mobile terminals. President Yu expressed that they would stick to the industrial division, exquisite development and go on the way of innovative development and only the unceasing innovation can bring new opportunity to Laiyifen. Weng Yangyang said that he has found everything fresh and new in Laiyifen and the large data management and innovation Laiyifen made closely to the new circumstances and new development has developed Laiyifen continuously and stably develop when facing with the new situational challenge. Such innovative thinking, decision and implementation method was worthy of learning for the enterprises in the industry and happened to have the same view of the marketing strategic thinking suggested by the Association last year, both of which are innovative practice forced from the users' view. Finally, they exchanged view on the third time new products marketing campaigns of national nuts and seeds in the whole industry to be held in Shanghai in this December, of which Laiyifen will be the organizer, and they also made handover for the specific matters.
In the morning of July 4, they had an interview with the Vice President Unit, Jiangsu Alishan Food Co., Ltd where President Zhu Yongtao held the forum with the company senior managers. Xu Xingwei reported and shared the experiences of innovative development and marketing work of the research on Laiyifen and Weng Yangyang communicated with Vice President Zhu Yongtao on the important role of the innovation in the future industry development. Brainstoming at the meeting, everyone proposed his/her opinions and points of view on the current new situations the industry and enterprises faced with and how to innovate even made violent controversy. Finally they reached consensus through controversy and collision: The future industrial development is the synergetic development among enterprises, and common progress.
In the afternoon, the research group came to the Vice President Unit Suzhou Koushuiwa Food Co., Ltd., General Manager Xie Dongping shared Koushuiwa's experiences of spanning development with us in spirits and told the innovative thinking for the anti-trend development in details. Koushuiwa has repeatedly experienced low tides in its development history, the enterprise entered into the high tide of development on the contrary of the coming of the low tide of the market and the generation of recent and mid-term development ideas, business administration and product innovation and the relocation of the market were just completed at its low tide. The enterprise would inevitably enter into spanning development when its low tide was over. Xie Dongping also said that Koushuiwa and other enterprise were faced with the low tide now and they were storing up power. The company was totally upgrading its production environment, readjusting the product structure and taking over the marketing entrance. Sticking to invest funds, build plants, add equipment, develop new products, and introduce talents in need, support the online E-business with the offline tradition and try hard to the internal strength, is for the purpose of getting in return the development opportunity in the future.
The research group took a positive attitude on the innovative thinking of anti-trend development of Koushuiwa. The courage and innovative thinking of such new development pattern are deserved for the enterprises in the industry to learn and reference.
Through this research, we consider that the innovative developments of these three enterprises have their own characteristics with the current situation according to their individuality and demands; at the same time, we think their innovative developments have the universal guiding and practical significance for the whole industry to know how to make the innovation and development under the new situation, and they are templates for all enterprises in the whole industry to learn, think and use for reference.
The Association will select time to organize the member enterprises to visit, study and communicate with such three corporations for speeding up their innovative steps and promoting the development of our industry together.
