During April 7-April 8, 2017, Weng Yangyang, the executive vice chairman of Specialized Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as CNSA) visited Anhui Zhongke Optic-electronic Color Sorter Machinery Co., Ltd. and Anhui Xunjie Optic-electronic Technology Co., Ltd. respectively for survey.

Weng firstly visited product exhibition hall of the two enterprises. Persons in charge of the two enterprises respectively introduced multiple intelligent color selectors for rice, cereals, tea, nuts, roasted seeds and minerals, and demonstrated color selection process of sunflower seeds and walnuts on site. Mr. Duan, the Manager of Zhongke said the Company is preparing for launch of color selector aiming at aspergillus flavus. This product will make up the blank of this technology in China. Mr. Hu, the Manager of Jiexun also exhibited cloud salt color selector with internationally leading technology to Weng, and said the Company would, as partner of China National Salt Industry Corporation, provide technical support for salt color selectors.

After visit, Weng held a forum with the General Manager and department persons in charge. Weng said color selection is the first and important step to control food safety and quality. Improving level of color selecting equipment is to improve overall food safety and quality level of nuts and roasted seeds industry. Weng wished color selection equipment with higher, newer and more precision technology could be put into use to improve processing level of the industry.
