The Association Standard of the Assorted Nuts (T/CNFIA 112-2019), drafted by our Association, was approved by China Food Industry Association, released on March 1, 2019, and implemented on June 1, 2019.

The Association Standard of the Assorted Nuts (T/CNFIA 112-2019) stipulates the scope, normative reference documents, terms and definitions, technical requirements, hygiene requirements during production and processing, inspection methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transport, storage and recall of assorted nut foods.

The drafting and development of the Standard took more than a year and has been continuously revised and improved. With the joint efforts of the whole industry, it is now officially released, which not only fills the domestic gap and allows enterprises to have standards to follow, but also has great significance for ensuring the quality and safety of assorted nuts products and protecting the health of consumers.

The standard is drafted by: Specialized Committee for Nuts and Roasted Seeds of China National Food Industry Association, Qiaqia Food Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Yaoshengji Food Co., Ltd., and Three Squirrels Co., Ltd.; Participating Units in Drafting: Shanghai Laiyifen Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Holmes Food Co., Ltd.
